In the following article, I will show you, how to make a powerful IRF3205 Stereo Bass Amplifier with MP3 Bluetooth. I used 2 nos IRF3205 NPN transistors.
Volume, bass and treble controllers are not attached in this project. MP3 player kit is attached instead, which allows users to use USB device, memory card and their mobile. I demonstrated the circuit with 12 volts DC from a PC power supply of 5 amperes but you can use 12 volts to 18 volts DC. I used 4 ohms 35 watts speakers which provided a greater sound.

Step-1
The following image shows the entire accessories / components used in this project. A complete list of components is also added at the end of this article.
Step-2
Take a solid heat sink and tighten the two irf3205 mosfet onto it with mica. Now take two 120k resisters and connect / solder the both end to Gate & Drain of each mosfet as shown in the following image. Now take a piece of wire and connect pin-3 of each mosfet together.
Step-3
Attach and solder the positive sides of two pieces of 100uf with pin-1 of each mosfet.
