In this video Pam8403 C5200 2.1 Channel Amplifier DIY Homemade. i’m showing, a way to make a mini power bass effective 2.1 channel amplifier. I have used C5200 NPN transistor for woofer mini bass. A solid heat sink is used for C5200 transistor.
I proven the circuit with 5 volts dc power supply from mobile in the following Amplifier. I used four ohms audio speakers which furnished more sound. Pam8403 stereo amplifier is a 3 watts per channel amplifier board. I used MP3 Bluetooth kit to manage input audio from mobile which is connected with bluetooth.

Step-1
Take one C5200 NPN transistor and fix it on a solid heat sink with mica (rubber insulation) and also take one Pam8403 mini stereo amplifier board. Stick the board on the same heat sink with a piece of two sided insulation.
Step-2
Take one C945 transistor and solider its emitter to the base of c5200 transistor.
Step-3
Now take a 100k resister and solder it between collector and base of c945 transistor.
Step-4
Now solder the positive side of 100uf capacitor to the base of c945 transistor.
