In this video Pam8403 C5200 2.1 Channel Amplifier DIY Homemade. i’m showing, a way to make a mini power bass effective 2.1 channel amplifier. I have used C5200 NPN transistor for woofer mini bass. A solid heat sink is used for C5200 transistor.
I proven the circuit with 5 volts dc power supply from mobile in the following Amplifier. I used four ohms audio speakers which furnished more sound. Pam8403 stereo amplifier is a 3 watts per channel amplifier board. I used MP3 Bluetooth kit to manage input audio from mobile which is connected with bluetooth.
Following is the Circuit Diagram of Pam8403 C5200 2.1 Channel Amplifier. The circuit gives nice sound quality with mini bass. It uses minimum components and its ideal for beginners and learners. Take one C5200 NPN transistor and fix it on a solid heat sink with mica (rubber insulation) and also take one Pam8403 mini stereo amplifier board. Stick the board on the same heat sink with a piece of two sided insulation.
Take one C945 transistor and solider its emitter to the base of c5200 transistor.
Now take a 100k resister and solder it between collector and base of c945 transistor.
Now solder the positive side of 100uf capacitor to the base of c945 transistor.
