Following is the TDA2030 Powerful Bass Amplifier circuit. The TDA2030 is a monolithic integrated circuit in the Pentawatt® package, intended for use as a low frequency class-AB amplifier. Typically it provides 14 W output power at 14 Volts/4 ohms.

Four TDA2030 ics are used in parallel in the following circuit and 12v-0v-12v dual power supply is used with 4 ohms speakers.

Following is the circuit diagram of TDA2030 powerful bass amplifier with volume controller. This circuit diagram makes use of minimal additives and its very clean to gather for beginners and students.

Step-1
Take four nos of TDA2030 ics and fix them onto a solid large heat sink as shown in the following image.

Step-2
Now take 4 pieces of naked wires and solder them with all pins one by one. Join pin-1 to all pin-1, pin-2 to all pin-2, pin-3 to all pin-3 and pin-4 to all pin-4.

Step-3
Take one 680 ohms resister and solider it to pin-2. Now take one 10uf capacitor and solder its positive side with 680 ohms resister’s other side.

Take one 22k resister and solder it with pin-1 of tda2030 ic.

Take another 22k resister and solder its one side to pin-2 and the other side to pin-4.

Step-6
Take one 104pf ceramic capacitor and solder its one side to pin-4 of tda2030 ic. Also take 1 ohm resister and its one side to 104pf capacitor’s other side. Now join and solder remaining sides of three components together which is ground, 1 ohm resister, 22k resister & negative side of 10uf capacitor.

Step-7
Now take one 50k potentiometer and connect/solder its pin-3 to ground.

Take one 4.7uf and solder its negative side to pin-2 (center pin) of potentiometer.

Step-9
Connect and solder positive side of 4.7uf capacitor to pin-1 of tda2030 ic.

Take piece of black wire for -ve 12v. Insert one end in terminal block.

Step-15
The other side of piece of black wire will be soldered with pin-3 of tda2030 ic.

Take another piece of wire but red color for +ve 12 volts power supply and inserts its one end in the terminal block.

The other end of piece of red wire will be soldered with pin-5 of tda2030 ic.
