  1. 1-Tip140/145 are Darlington transistors then, the hfe gain is 500 to 1000
    2- the value of emitter resistors are too high.
    The normal value IS about .47ohms
    3- the value of resistor in séries with the speaker is too high. Normally there are a inductor in this position
