How To Make 12v-220v DIY Homemade Inverter

Introduction

Making a 12v-220v DIY Homemade Inverter inverter is not as complicated as you might think, and the steps are quite simple. First, acquire an inverter kit from your local electronics store or purchase one online. Next, connect the DC source (a 12V battery) to the input of the inverter using appropriate connecting wires. Make sure the polarity is correct on both ends.

Connect the output of the inverter to a suitable AC appliance, like a fan or small refrigerator, via a three-pin plug/socket arrangement. Turn on the switch and voila! You now have AC power transformed from DC power – all without having to buy a costly pre-made unit. When deciding on capacity, keep in mind that higher wattages require larger batteries to ensure enough juice is available when you need it. Follow these easy steps for your homemade inverter and you’ll have access to reliable power wherever you go!

Working Explanation

of 12v-220v DIY Homemade Inverter

In this video I made a 12vdc to 220vac inverter using very simple method and basic components. I tried to make this Inverter as easy as it can be. This is my second video on inverter this inverter is more efficient than the first one. You can use this inverter for different power ac loads such as power ac lamp or cell phone charger, cell phone charger, small ac fans etc.

Note: output power depends upon size of transformer and current of mosfet in my case i used 12V +12V 5Amp transformer and output power is about 50 Watts. You can use high ampere transformer in order to achieve more power it is better to use bigger heat sink with mosfet.
